To help contain the energy crisis and trying to prevent a total energy collapse, President Nicolas Maduro’s announced on television that he has now set a temporary two days’ work week for public office works and employees like Jose Manuel Gonzlez, a docotor, will see no changes in salary. However, school will be on a four days’ schedule with Friday offs.

    Venezuela public offices will now only open Mondays and Tuesdays with the exception of public hospitals which will continue to operate on their regular hours.
