Tammy Mazzocco Stays Sharp In Real Estate By Immersing Herself

For most of 2016, the real estate market in central and northern Ohio was robust and full of people wanting to buy houses. There was a boom in employment and people had money, so the need for housing was there. Then about election time, there was a shortage in available houses for sale, and things began to get a little tighter.

There was still a good quantity of buyers, but sometimes people got in the way of each other in bidding for the same house. This happens in real estate as markets go up and down with the economy.

Tammy Mazzocco has been a Realtor in Central Ohio since 1995, and she knows how the economy can seemingly cause havoc with real estate, but she has been through enough battles in that department to learn how to handle it. She started out as a secretary for a real estate group, and then managed a condominium project. She saw how lucrative real estate selling could be so she got her license in 1995.

Today she is very successful, but she had to work at it. Admitting on her Tumblr and Facebook pages a bit on the shy side, she said that she has to work at making people feel comfortable by starting the conversation. Once everyone gets to talking all pretense melts away, and they can get down to business.

When asked what she does to win at real estate, she reasoned that real estate marketing is all about people and if you can solve the people problems, the business issues take care of themselves. The most important thing you can do in sales, she said, is to make your goals and then break them down into action steps.

Her action steps have taken her from a person looking in from the outside to an active and very successful real estate broker in her right. She always puts the customer first no matter what time or effort it takes. This has paid off handsomely as people like her fresh, non-confrontational approach.
